The Civil Law is the set of legal norms and principles that regulate the personal or patrimonial relationships between people, physics as well as legal, among private and public people, or even among these, deprived as long as they act devoid of imperium. It can also be defined it|, in general terms, as the norms and principles that regulate the most general and most ordinary |relationships of the life, considering the people as for such, as subject of law.
